Recurring Residential Cleanings
All Rooms:

Dusting: Ceiling, light fixtures, HVAC vent covers, window and door sills, door and cabinet moldings, blinds, shutters, open shelves, ceiling fan blades, and baseboards.

Cleaning: Countertops, mirrors, handrails, and inside window glass.

Tidying: Arrange pillows, fold blankets and hand towels, etc.

Vacuuming: Rugs, carpets, stairs, furniture, and dog beds.

Sweeping and Mopping: All floors.

Trash Removal: All trash taken out.
Kitchen and Dining Room:
(in addition to the "all rooms" list)

Cleaning of hood vent, countertops, tables, chairs, sinks, faucet, and backsplash.

Cleaning the outside of the oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and countertop appliances.

Cleaning the inside and outside of the microwave.

Removal of ceiling cobwebs in the pantry and mopping of the floor.

Taking out the recycling.
Bathrooms:

Cleaning of shower glass, shower walls, shower floor, sinks, tub, toilet, and toilet base.

Removal of cobwebs in the master closet, dusting of baseboards, vacuuming of the floor, and tidying if applicable.
Laundry Room:

Dust and clean the outside of the washer and dryer.

Clean the sink and countertops.

Include one load of laundry (wash, dry, and fold—usually sheets, towels, and hand towels).
Living Room:

Dust curtain rods, electronics, TVs, game consoles, computers, monitors, Roombas, computer chairs, bookcases, wood stoves, workout equipment, and music equipment/pianos.

An initial cleaning includes everything listed in the recurring cleaning services, but with extra attention to detail. We ensure that every item is hand-wiped and scrubbed to perfection.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings:

Moving in or out of a home can be overwhelming with boxes and furniture. You might be unsure of the cleanliness you're entering, or you may not have time to thoroughly clean before leaving.

Our move-in/move-out cleaning service includes everything from our recurring cleaning list, plus a detailed cleaning of the inside of all appliances.

We just ask that most personal items be removed before we begin.
New Construction Cleanings:

New construction homes require a different approach than move-in or move-out cleanings due to the extra dust, debris, and residue left from the building process.
